The "fine tuning" claim is THE Stupidest Argument EVER. 😂

And Why?

Because there is an Infinite in the Power of Infinite (if not many more than this...😃) number of Universes.

Anything that can ĥappen, DOES ĥappen.

So, Yes, out of this infinite number of possibilities for the Laws of Physics, also our own Universes¹ sprang - and we have evolved as an organic part of it.

¹ - Why the Plural?

Since, after the Big Bang, and up to forever, our own version of the Universe does constantly split into countless possible Universes, so, it would actually be more accurate to talk about our Physical cluster of Universes...😃

Smaller, More Personal, than an Official Ĥotel

They might be called  Guest House, Inn, Pension, Villa, Home Stay  or Bed and Breakfast. Some of them, might even be called (1, or 2 star) Hotel. They are a different category, more than an air-bnb, less than an actual Hotel. In most cases, they are ran by the Family whose Home it is. Some of them have Breakfast year-round (or upon request), some of them only have Breakfast during Summertime, or Summer and Spring, and still others never do. Some of them might have various perks, such as free Tea/Coffee and Biscuits, or free laundry. They usually clean your room about twice a week (or, in montenegro: only once a week, at best ). They rarely have any actual, manned reception desk (or only have it during high season). And, from May 2024 on, whenever I was not able to live at ♥️Home♥️ (meaning: at "♥️Turist♥️"😍❣️😍❣️😍 ), I have mostly lived in them. In the cultural sphere governed by california and its... people, when one says "Europe", one normally means something along the lines of France italy britain/england Portugal Catalonia ¹ the netherlands belgium and spain, with perhaps the addition of germany Ireland austria switzerland czechia ²  and... well, some scandinavian country.
